After spending a brief time living in the Bay Area, I’ve returned to Texas, which has been my home for the past decade. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Texas at San Antonio and have a professional background in the hospitality industry. I understand that taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, and as one of the first points of contact, I look forward to guiding you through the process with compassion and support.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my husband and our cat, trying new foods, and connecting with nature.
