Priti Malhotra – Community Outreach Specialist

As the Community Outreach Specialist at Wellspring, I am passionate about strengthening existing pathways and creating new ones, particularly for adolescents as they navigate their mental health journeys. With four years of experience in mental health, combined with my background in Business Development, I bring a strategic yet deeply human approach to relationship-building and community engagement. I am honored to be part of the bay area mental health community, that I find extremely supportive and empathetic.

I am known for my warmth, energy, and genuine care for others, and I’m deeply passionate about building team culture and creating meaningful connections. I thrive on collaboration and relationship-building, and I’m motivated to strengthen referral networks that support Wellspring’s mission and expand its impact in the community. I feel fortunate to work in a place where the values align with my own, and I’m excited to continue learning and growing alongside such a talented and dedicated team.

Outside of work, I enjoy hiking with my dog, food blogging, finding new coffee shops, writing recipes for the Town of Los Gatos newsletter, and volunteering at local schools.
